When a child is diagnosed with cancer...

• HIS KIDS provides support for the entire family

• We know that patients, siblings, and parents are all affected by a childhood cancer diagnosis

• We feel that support should continue throughout treatment and beyond

We help clients in the St. Louis city and IL and MO metro areas. Our IL/MO services are open to any child receiving treatment for cancer or a related illness at St. Louis area hospitals (even visiting families from other locations).

WHAT WE DO​

• Family support events throughout the year, like our Annual Fall Family Festival Event in October

• Camp HIS KIDS- a therapeutic 5-day overnight summer camp for kids with cancer and siblings (ages 7-17)  

       CAMP HIS KIDS INFORMATION

• Hospital Donations- Donations to local pediatric oncology centers. Items include food, household supplies, gift cards, Christmas trees for hospital rooms, and holiday gift adoptions, which are distributed to cancer families in need via social work or child life departments 

• Hospital Activities-Monthly guessing games in the clinic, gifts and snacks for the parents, patients, and siblings, holiday parties, and more! Flyers will be posted at your clinic and hospital when these are scheduled.

• Other family support events throughout the year. Check out our Up-Coming Events Page for news on what's coming up!
